This can be used as evidence of your change of name when updating records with organisations such as banks, employers and other institutions, subject to their individual requirements.

Our standard service is for the preparation of an unenrolled Change of Name Deed. An enrolled Deed Poll is a separate process through the Royal Courts of Justice and is not included within our standard £125 plus VAT service.
